Refund policy
Our 30 day happiness guarantee: If you're not satisfied with your first pouch for any reason, we'll replace it or refund it in full. No need to ship anything back.
Because tea is a consumable food product, we can't accept physical returns. Once a pouch leaves our facility, food safety standards mean it can never be resold. Instead, we keep it simple:
Not loving it? Email us at team@steaphealth.com within 30 days of delivery and tell us what didn't work for you. We'll issue a replacement or a full refund of your first pouch, and you keep the tea.
Damaged or incorrect orders: If anything arrives damaged or wrong, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement right away at no cost to you.
Refund timing: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within [3 to 5] business days and may take a few additional days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
This guarantee applies to your first pouch per customer. For any other issues with your order, reach out and we'll do our best to make it right.
