4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information.

• Correct pricing errors

• Cancel orders suspected of fraud

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its integrated payment providers. We do not store full payment card information.

5. Subscriptions & Automatic Renewal

If you enroll in a subscription plan:

• You authorize Steap LLC to automatically charge your selected payment method at your chosen recurring interval.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date.

• You may manage, pause, or cancel your subscription through your account portal or by contacting us prior to renewal.

• If payment fails, we may retry the charge or suspend your subscription.

• We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to recurring billing.

6. Shipping, Risk of Loss & Returns

Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon transfer of the product to the carrier.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain disruptions, or other events beyond our control.

All purchases are subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes:

• Are valid only for the specified time period

• Cannot be combined unless expressly stated

• Cannot be applied retroactively

• May be modified or terminated at our discretion

8. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages from Steap LLC.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties.
