At Steap, we’re committed to getting your order to you safely and on time. We ship with care and transparency, in compliance with U.S. federal and California state laws. Here’s what you can expect when you place an order with us.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to:

All 50 U.S. states

U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands

APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

Select international countries
If your country isn't available at checkout, feel free to contact us, we’re always working to expand our reach.
Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
Shipping Costs

U.S Subscription and One Time Orders: Shipping is calculated at checkout

International Orders: Shipping rates are based on location and weight. Additional customs fees may apply.
You’ll see your final shipping cost before completing your order.
Customs, Duties & International Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not included in your order total. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are determined by your country’s customs office.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the listed delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement where appropriate.
We are not liable for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Refunds for Shipping Delays (Per FTC Mail Order Rule)
If we are unable to ship your order within 30 days of purchase, as required by the FTC Mail Order Rule (16 CFR Part 435), we will notify you via email with the option to:

Accept the revised shipping timeline, or

Cancel your order for a full refund
We’ll never charge your card for a delayed shipment without your consent.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for items lost or delayed due to inaccurate addresses.
